First off, we would like to thank you for taking the time to learn more about our family farm and the potential partnership we could form. One of the first questions as a prospective landowner you may consider is, "why choose Brewer Farms," or "what makes them different than other potential tenants?"

 In our own words, we would say we value strong, honest, and transparent relationships that can grow into the future as mutually beneficial partnerships. We strive to efficiently as possible produce the best crop year after year with a focus on maximizing your return on investment. In doing so, we don't sacrifice land stewardship, but rather, are constantly looking for new and improved ways to take care of the natural resources that produce income for us each year.

  From a tangible perspective, our location in Clinton County Indiana, is one of the top producing communities in the heart of the Central Indiana Corn Belt. We consistently outperform county corn yield data by 18 bushels or more and county soybean yields by 5 bushels or more year after year, which results in more profitable returns for you as a landowner.
